I had no prior experience about what I need and what is available. Baltic then installed a super system protecting all my doors and windows and now I also have a FOB to turn the system on and off from my car when I leave and come home. Oh and the best part... no contract. That is their main policy. NO contract. Not like other companies that make you sign your life away. John feels that it is more important that you be happy with you system and Baltic and not locked into a contact... and I know he would always make it right! Very happy with my choice.
